SPICY & NUTTY MILK SMOOTHIE

A sweet and toasty milk smoothie with a spot of aromatic cardamom.

Ingrédients pour 1

  • 
3 tablespoons walnuts
    1 teaspoon vanilla (pure)
    1 teaspoon cardamom

    ½ tablespoon honey
    2 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 
6 tablespoons walnuts
    2 teaspoons vanilla (pure)
    2 teaspoons cardamom

    1 tablespoon honey
    4 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 
12 tablespoons walnuts
    4 teaspoons vanilla (pure)
    4 teaspoons cardamom

    2 tablespoons honey
    8 dl milk (1,5%)

Instructions

Soak walnuts in milk with vanilla, cardamom, and honey overnight, keep refrigerated.
 
Mix together in a blender until smooth.

For an extra smooth texture, strain the blended mix through a sieve.
